Fulfillment Policy

Reports

When customers order a report, they will receive a Client Information Form that asks for the first names and birth dates of individuals being analyzed. No last name is required. Customers can expect to receive their report as a pdf via email within 48 hours after Donna has received the completed Client Information Form.

Readings

Readings are conducted via Zoom. When customers order a reading, they will schedule a time slot and submit their name and email address. No last name is required. Within 24 hours, Donna will send a “Destiny Card Reading Questionnaire” (names, birth dates, and questions relevant to the reading) to be filled out. This questionnaire must be completed and returned to Donna no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled reading to give Donna time to conduct a thorough analysis. Once Donna receives the questionnaire, she will send a Zoom link for the scheduled reading.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Reports

To cancel a report, please contact Donna within 24 hours of submitting the Client Information Form. A full refund or replacement for a report will be given under the following conditions:

  • The report included an incorrect birth date for a person considered in the report.

  • The report included an individual with a December 31st birth date.

Readings

To cancel or reschedule a reading, please contact Donna within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • For cancellations, a full refund will be given.

  • For rescheduled readings, please communicate desired new time options to Donna via email and arrangements will be worked out.
